ICT Department

Welcome to the ICT Department at the British School, Kathmandu. ICT is continually growing in strength at the school and is taught all the way from Foundation up to Year 13. As well as teaching the ICT fundamentals of the British National Curriculum, the department prides itself on teaching new technologies and using these technologies in a creative manner for example we teach:

  • Video Editing
  • Game Design
  • Graphic Design
  • Innovative Presentation techniques (PREZI)
  • Photo Editing
  • Animation
  • Podcasting

We also teach office applications that give students a broad range of skills they need for either University or the Workplace:

  • Word Processing
  • Desktop Publishing
  • Spreadsheets
  • Database interrogation and creation
  • Web Design
