Health and Fitness week

Health and Fitness week is moving and shaking this week at TBS. There are lots of events for the students to participate in and develop their understanding of a healthy lifestyle. Daily morning badminton is warming up many students and teachers for the day ahead, Monday morning Zumba for the whole school was a huge success, PE departments' Fitness Circuit is getting everyone increasing their heart rate, primary students have learned about the importance of handwashing, secondary were introduced to their new healthy eating menu earlier this week and many more individual class activities are going on every day!
