Simplified H&F week timetable 2017

The TBS Health & Fitness week is finally here! Week 3 (beginning Monday 23rd January) will see the biggest and best Health & Fitness week to date. Old favourites such as the Fitness Trail, Zumba, Danceathon, Pilates, Health chats and morning Badminton, to name a few, will feature again alongside many new exciting events. New for 2017 are Self Defence, Basketball and Football shootouts, Dodgeball and a Friday Health Fair to end the week. Please check the timetable for timings and locations. There are opportunities for parents to join in so lace up those trainers and come along for some Health & Fitness fun!
