TBS shortlisted for a TES Independent School Award
TBS are delighted to have been nominated for a prestigious TES Independent School Award. TBS has been shortlisted for the British International School Initiative of the Year, for schools outside the UK that have made an outstanding achievement with proven effectiveness and impact. TBS is particularly proud to have been shortlisted for our community work in Dhading, both over the last several years and specifically in 2015/16 in response to the earthquake. We are delighted with this achievement because it celebrates the outstanding partnerships we have with our community and the extraordinary efforts of all members of the TBS family. Our work in Dhading could not be effective without the hard work of our students and teachers as well as a strong relationship with our government partners. Our ability to re-build our partner schools last year was thanks to hard work by TBS students and staff, fundraising on the part of ex-TBS family members and parents, and fantastic generosity on the part of our COBIS and FOBISIA friends. This nomination is recognition of the efforts of all these people all over the world and we hope that you all share in our pleasure at this recognition.
