Dear Parents/Carers, Staff and Students,
Having been kept up to date about all of the amazing activities in school last week while I was recovering from my back surgery, I have to say I was a little jealous to have missed out on so much. I need not have worried in the slightest, as this week has been jam-packed full of exciting learning opportunities for our students of all ages.
As you will read below, there have been many events to celebrate however the highlight for me was Storytelling Week. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing so many well-crafted stories in school and especially liked seeing our parents join in. We all love a good story and nothing is better than sharing that with our friends. Bedtime Stories on Thursday was an excellent example of our community coming together and enjoying stories with friends.
Next week promises to be just as engaging and Spirit Week is definitely something to look forward to. On Thursday evening we will also host our Year 11 Options Evening, which will also be an open evening for non-current students interested in A levels or pathways into UK universities. If you have any friends or family members who may be interested, they can find more information and register here.
Have a great weekend,
